Privacy policy

What Prep handles

When you create an account, Prep receives basic account information such as your email address and, if you use Google sign-in, the name and profile image made available by Google.

Prep stores your interview history, transcripts, scores, feedback, and related practice-session details so that you can return to them.

Recordings and automated feedback

Audio recordings are saved on your device. When you submit an answer, the audio is sent to our processing service and AI service providers for transcription and evaluation. Prep does not intentionally store the raw recording in its remote database. Transcripts and the resulting feedback are stored with your practice history.

Cloud processing

We use cloud service providers to manage accounts; store interview history, transcripts, scores, and feedback; and process submitted answers for transcription and evaluation.

How the information is used

The information is used to sign you in, process your answers, provide feedback, and make your saved practice history available to you. Prep does not sell your personal information and does not show advertising.

Retention and deletion

Saved practice data remains associated with your account until it is deleted. Recordings stored on your device remain there until the app data is cleared or the app is removed. To request deletion of your account and remotely stored practice data, email newdaecomms@gmail.com.
